On arrival they had me put my signature on a form saying insurance for loss or damage to motorhome was down to my insurance. Only if they cause the damage will they pay. My MH goes in to Greenmounds (You know who I mean) for some warranty work in a couple of weeks, I will report back if I have to do the same.
