hallii
I have just finished cleaning and polishing the van. I am considering a cover for next winter, it should keep the roof a bit cleaner. I have a couple of solar panel that keep the batteries charged all year so I would need a bespoke cover. Also with hab door access. I have seen one with tie down straps that should stop the cover rubbing, where can I buy something like that with the door access and clear panel for the solar? Some ventilation via the toilet wind up roof would be useful as well. H

hallii
Thanks Ray, I will get a quote. As you say they are not cheap, anything is better than crawling over the roof to clean it though! Geoff
StuartO
I know a guy who bought a seemingly well made cover, supposed to be "breathable" as a I recall and after over-wintering outside his house, he found it was hard to clean of the green marks it made that it would have been with black streaks. He did have a problem with a dip in his roof so he might have bought a waterproof one. I don't know what sort the cover was and I can;t find out either, so this post isn't all that much help. But there are some poor covers around so choose with care.
