Guest Peter James Posted May 9, 2014 Share Posted May 9, 2014 Just taken a walk on St Ives Island (where the little chapel and coastguard lookout is on the hill between the harbour and porthgwidden beach. There is a new information panel been put up. It tells the story of how it became a public open space, and even back in the 1930's guesthouses were complaining about campsites taking their trade......... photo of information panel....
