lennyhb
A bit difficulte to give any advice with so many threads confusing the issue! If you are intending to use those corner mounts on a panel that size you need to add a couple of side suports down each side. Personally I would mount it using 6 aluminium brackets, the plastic corner not really suitable for a panel that size.
gocro
You can buy angle ally at B&Q, for the belt and braces approach, I used it to secure my 80 watt panel on two vans, I'm using the same corner brackets as you on current van,no problem. You do know that you can reply to your own thread, don't you? You know have eight going with the same title.

Mel B
Mike, just some info on putting on threads, photos, posts etc. When you start a new thread or put a posting on an existing one you have 15 mins to edit it, that means if you try to attach a photo and it doesn't work, you can edit the posting and try again and again within that 15 mins to do so. If not, then just add it as a subsequent posting on the thread, rather than create another new thread. It then means that all your stuff is on one thread making it much easier for others to see and offer advice etc on. ... I think that made sense! :D
