When under acceleration excess smoke coming out, no smoke on start up, when running normally smoke coming out of exhaust all the time, although not sure how much as speed of vehicle is making it go away!!!, oil checked and just slightly above max.......... euroserv Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 First a few sharp taps to the top of the EGR valve diaphragm and then have a look and make sure there are no holes in the intercooler.
