Posted May 23, 2014 Share Posted May 23, 2014 I had a similar problem , and i found using the remote i could still get it to show the menu etc onscreen i did a factory reset and it is all working now so give it a go , good luck , if not you might be able to get the box fixed with a tv repair man , or just start using a different tv as someone has said its all built in now .
