(lol) actually..one of these was mentioned on another thread recently, years back I really wanted one of these but could not track one down..settled with a VW Westphalia which was bomb proof and served us well...but I always regretted not having one even if its french! :-D Did have a 2CV though :D edit: members try and ignore the off topic spam above! *-)
PCC
So stylish. And great eco credentials with it's green roof and bonnet. No emissions and it actually absorbs CO2. Peter
George Collings
That brings back a few memories of being ferried around to workcamp sites in one near St Giron in 1964. About twenty bods crammed in. Some very long grinding climbs in bottom gear. They make good camper vans witha very low flat floor and square shape. The engine is in the cab and the gearbox ahead of the front wheels. Compared with some of the type 2 VW vans being restored this one looks easy to get back to life.

AGD When compared to the nosegay of progress eh? :D............ Or in modern speak.... the faint smell of reinventing the wheel...........drenched in a tasteful aroma of pretend ecological soundness ;-)..................coupled with the optional highlights of possible pretentiousness on CC sites :D........ Now where did I leave my helmet? :-S.........
yeti
A few years ago there was a firm in Andover who imported these Citroen H type vans and built campers on them. Here is another http://hvanworld.co.uk/conversions.htm I saw one a few years ago with double stable doors at the rear, very neat.
