Derek Uzzell Posted June 30, 2014 Share Posted June 30, 2014 Presumably your Ravenna has a Truma S3002 heater as described here I've no practical experience of this appliance (and there's not much trouble-shooting advice in the relevant Truma documention) but, if the battery you've fitted is OK and has been installed correctly, if the igniter won't produce sparks it would be logical to think that the problem lies with the igniter itself.
