Archiesgrandad
Even if your have done your clutch a load of mischief, and I think that most of us don't believe you have, it won't suddenly explode and wreck the van. The most likely, scenario is that when pushing on a bit you will get the feeling that when you change up to a higher gear you may notice that the clutch doesn't bite quite as crisply as normal when you release it. You can test it by just easing your foot onto the clutch pedal as you drive along, if the revs go up you're going to need a new clutch, but provided you drive gently you may still complete your journey, and in my experience you may cover hundreds, if not a couple of thousand miles before it simply stops driving. Just drive gently, and when changing gear, let the clutch out completely before putting your foot back onto the accelerator ,and don't push hard in the high gears. You'll be fine I'm sure.
