MandyAndy Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 Do the spring interior ones keep their shape or do they squash down when you lay on them. I am looking for a brick basically, I end up with 2 softies and have to put towels between them to give me any height. I need to keep as high as possible , as I sleep on my stomach and for reasons we won't go into the pillows therefore need to be a good height, 2 weeks ago I strained the muscles in my chest and around my back and I am finding sleeping really uncomfortable.
