starvin marvin Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 We're in the process of changing our van, and would like to have a red repeater light visible externally. This is for when we've closed the blinds and/or fitted screen covers at night and the dashboard light is hidden from view. I've seen some vans with a repeater behind the radiator grille, and also some with it mounted within a headlight. Anyone know much about this issue? Robinhood Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 ...if you're looking to have one which is connected to an alarm, I'd suggest you chase up the alarm manufacturer or fitter. If you're looking to have it connected to the immobiliser circuit, I'd be somewhat careful of adding any additional electronics.
