Mororhome warrantee

I have been looking to purchase for my first motorhome and have found three models I like, all of these motorhomes come with the around sixteen months still on the original warrantee.

But after reading several forums on this matter I am again very disillusioned with the thought of purchasing a motorhome.

Is this correct that the warrantee, if work needs doing can only be done by the original dealer, if so what about the engine can that be covered by any garage near where I live, just like a new car.

If what Ive read is true, I live in Bedfordshire and the motorhome has a fault and the original dealer is in Newcastle for example, then its a long round trip for a fault to be corrected.

And what about the ten year body warrantee thats on one of these motorhomes , how will that work,

If it is a Fiat the work can be done at any approved workshop, for you that will be MK, Cambridge, or Dunstable.
