sambukashot
Difficult without seeing it first, try a small spot of vaseline first to see :)
peter lambert
Autoglym Super Resin Polish should work. Wash it with Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo first.
Derek Uzzell
This MotorHomeFacts forum entry refers http://www.motorhomefacts.com/ftoptitle-207073-how-do-i-restore-faded-grey-skirt-on-autotrail.html As long as the ‘greying’ is not too serious, careful treatment with a mildly-abrasive cleaner like Autoglym’s “Paint Restorer” http://www.autoglym.com/products/products/paint-renovator should help, followed by use of a good quality polish. You might well find (as Peter suggests) that polish alone will be sufficient to restore the shine.
fjmike
What you have Caroline is oxidation on the panels, its caused by weathering mostly. Getting the finish right even with the right gear takes time and effort so don't believe anyone who says different. Several companies make products to polish the oxidation out, best bet is to look in a local boat chandelry . Please do not use Tcut as its not suitable for your motorhome and could easily result in polishing through the grey coating.
