cheyenne 04 habitation door lock

Hi all. The habitation door lock has packed but works ok on central locking remote, i suspect that somthing has broken inside the door but I cant see how it comes apart.it looks like a caravan style type.any help in how to get it apart I would be greatfull.also the top of my truma gas fire has split , the part that the control knobs come through and I would like to replace it where should I look for a replacement? Thanks in anticipation. Tringy.
