I have had a few problems recently with my 2007 Autotrail, so decided to travel from Essex to the factory at Grimsby. I had isues with the internal roof, a repeatedly sticking internal door and a failed reversing camera monitor The guys at Autotrail were brilliant - all problems fixed and no charge. Might i ask : because when i had a problem with a sliding kitchen window i was told they couldnt help me as the window type was now defunct and that was on a van 21/2 years old i must say they were incredibly Unhelpfull !
