Kate T Posted September 29, 2006 Share Posted September 29, 2006 We think we have found what we are looking for, in fact 2 of them!! Both motorhomes are used models about 3 years old 25K ish. With all the experience of dealers some of you must have, how much do you think I can bargain them down?? (Both are with reputable dealers). Last year when i looked at a nearly new camper i got the impression that 2k reduction was the norm without a trade-in but managed to get a 5k reduction on a low mileage younger model off a trader who didnt want to stock that model.I even managed to get road tax out of them, I always ask them point blank what is their best price and i always ask them if they can do a little better.
