bounty hunter
C&CC will cover you for 180 days maximum. Comfort Insurance used to but last time I asked, which was a couple of years ago, they couldn't but worth asking. John
lennyhb
Another option if you find insurance costs very high, is to fly back for 24 hrs or a couple of days. Can work out cheaper. Do check with your van's insurers a lot only cover an unattended van for 36 or 48 hours (most will extend if required)

Simple answer, One of you fly back for a day and the other stay with the MH. Cheaper and don't fall foul of either insurer! Just make sure you make a phone call, take a selfie with a newspaper or do something to prove you where there in case you have to make a claim later. Keith. chris
LV will cover up to 90 days. If longer then you will have to take out a single Long Trip Insurance with either Staysure or camping and caravanning club. You can get unlimited travel insurance if you take out comfort home insurance. We have done all these (except travel with comfort yet but, we have the house insurance anyway) chris
dora_ex
We needed 360 days continuous outside uk, over 60 years old and several serious medical complaints to be covered. After trying literally 30+ insurers the only one that would cover was Avanti. It wasn't cheap but it covers everything we needed. Our problem was the major health issues, so with those you mention think Avanti might be a good try for you.
