Toniboy
I recently had two camper tyres fitted to my motorhome and was unaware that the normal rubber valves fitted can only safely run up to 60 psi and the tyre recommended pressure for the motorhome was 72 psi cold. I did some checking around and found a company called AUTO4 that specialise in supplying numerous types of tyre valves for specific vehicles at low prices (£3.88 + vat) for my clamp in valves and they are also suitable for my tyre pal tyre pressure monitor system. Their technical team were very helpful in choosing the correct ones needed.

Brian Kirby
From other posts, it seems this is not an unknown problem. I hope you pointed out their error to the fitters and, ideally, got them to make the valve change at no cost to you. Sudden loss of a valve would result in instantaneous deflation which, at speed, would have very serious implications.
