Clive
Have you measured the battey terminal voltage with a meter just after charge and the following day and recorded the readings? The first test you might like to do is to charge the battery but leave it disconnected from the van directly afterwards. Then measure the terminal voltage the following day. If this has still fallen below 12 volts for example then you need a new battery.
enodreven
Hi, Have you got a Dometic fridge/freezer only ours has a heating element to burn off any condensation and this comsumes 0.3 amp which does drain the battery if you are not on a hookup ?? It was driving me mad trying to find out why my leisure battery was draining when it appeared nothing was on ?? if you have a similar fridge etc the switch to turn it off is under the top facia/control panel you have to open the door to see it and operate it ? hope this helps, Other than that obtain a multi-meter than can read amps and put it between the live terminal of your battery and the live cable ? after you have dissconnected them it should show if you have a current flow when you think everthing is turned off ?
