Andys writing although correct could be construed as blackmail which can also brand him as a crank. I hope,however,he continues to be a thorn in the sides of officialdom. He's a single issue fanatic, very weird and sees conspiracy theories everywhere, especially from the 'lackeys of Lincolnshire'!
