Mike Chapman
Have just phoned Essanjay (Thanks Derek) about a problem with the gear linkage on my Fiat Ducato and subject of a thread on this site. They asked me to describe the fault and asked questions to clarify the exact nature. They then gave several possible causes for the problem, looked up the Fiat mods to see if this was a known fault and whether Fiat had issued a change notice and suggested a method of trying to tie down the cause of the fault. This took in total about 15 minutes of their time and their final comment was "Try the suggestions and call us back if you need any further assistance". Throughout the conversation they certainly gave the impression of service and caring, how refreshing in these days of "Did you buy it from us? No, then we cannot help". I will now seriously consider getting the Vehicle and Habitation service done by them and combining this in with a 500 mile trip to Dorset. Well done Essenjay. Regards, Mike. :-D :-D :-D
