LordThornber
For those interested and who wish to keep their Peugeot warranty intact. Our Peugeot Boxer 2.2 is almost 1 year old. In the smaller print in the warranty and vehicle maintenance book (page 21 I think very bottom line), it states that if your vehicle has covered less than 6000 miles, an oil & filter change is required. This item could be very easily overlooked. My Peugeot technician Nephew is doing the honours £60, completely in line with the warranty requirements. spospe
The exact wording on page 21 is: "if the oil pressure warning lamp flashes, it is necessary to drain the oil and replace the oil filter as soon as possible. If the lamp does not flash, this operation is to be carried out every 2 years, or annually if the vehicle does less than 6,000 miles per year" So Martyn is 100% right and if you are a low mileage user, change the oil annually irrespective of how few miles you do.
