tonyg3nwl Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 Can anyone explainhow it might be possible to remove the drop down locker as I am looking for a suitable place to mount my amateur radio equipment ready for our holiday trip. from what I can see, there seems to be a number of removeable star headed screws in various places around the edge of the locker..are there other hidden fixings? I can see those at side and top along the flexible bit of fabric?. but cant see how to disconnect from the bottom hinge, and see how to get it to come free.. any ideas..sketch of assembly or service info..? MarkS Posted April 30, 2015 Share Posted April 30, 2015 Did this the other day. You undo the 3 screws holding the fabric and that piece of plastic can then be wiggled (technical term :-D ) off. This then lets the main door fall down so be ready to catch it. You should then see all the other screws to undo to take it off. I must have another try, I couldnt get the fabric bit to be released, even after screws were removed( the 3 along the top edge came out ok, but nothing cameloose..) Another try tomorrow ???.
