turwic
Well we finally get our 29 month old motorhome back after 3 months in the Garage, thank god its got a 3 year warrenty. All sorts of warning lights came on, speedo stopped and a couple of other things played up. went to the nearest Peugeot Garage, Had new instrument panel, new ECU and finally a BSI. The problem with the BSI is that they are in demand and short supply, also has to be configured at manufacture with the vans VIN number. Anyway its back sooner than the suggested end of MAY. Maybe the threat of hiring one and charging it to Peugeot made them get their fingers out., they were at the point of agreeing to hire but I think it spooked them when I told them how much it would be. Compensation has been offered

Brambles
Gram - 2015-05-06 9:10 PM What's a BSI? G It is the Body Systems Interface and is the central controller if you like for all the other systems. It takes care of all the essential functions like radio code matching, keycodes, mileage, service intervals etc.
