kevina Posted May 25, 2015 Share Posted May 25, 2015 Yes they do but it is much cheaper tha France and is 100% worth it as avoiding the coastal autostrada will take about 10 times as long - NOT KIDDING! edit, slightly misread your post re car toll charges, motorhome rate about one third of France, still a no brainer. dora_ex Posted May 25, 2015 Share Posted May 25, 2015 We took the road from the French border as far as La Spezia - brilliant but painfully slow. Villages every few miles so if you take it be prepared for slow progress. From La Spezia we went on the toll road to Pisa, €13.70 for a 6 metre van and worth every penny.
