Aire near San Clemente, Castilla la Mancha, Spain

We were struggling to find a stopping place when en route north in Spain in January. We came across this site in San Clemente which has 8 slots, water and grey water dump, and is on the site of the local market. It is an easy walk into the town, we spent a quiet night, apart from a local barking dog!

GPS. N 39 23. 821' W002 26. 138' It doesn't appear to be on our Garmin Camper, and not marked on a map

There is a severe lack of stops in the Albacete and north before Madrid, so this was a good find.

B------y cold in winter!!!! (lol)

Your right there is a lack of aires not only in this area but in Spain inland generally but they have Motorcaravan Organisations working on it all the time ......one being LAPACA they have the Aire you stayed at listed below: Not the most user friendly site to use unless you have a good grasp of Spains Geography but you can download the GPS coord to Sat Nav. (Not Lapac you can only print theres)

Thanks for that Brian, those areas are about 5 hours from us, and make a good stopping place en route north!
