number9
Hi, I have a 1995 holdsworth tempo van based on 320 m boxer. The sliding door moves well on the runners and closes ok. However, it is not flush at the top rear end of the door. Ok at the bottom half of the rear side of the door...No apparent damage visible. Any tips for getting this to close fully and air/water tight? Thanks.
colin
On most, if not all, of the vans I've had the adjustment is on the middle latch and bottom roller, by adjusting these you get the top flush. I would guess the same applies to your van.
Derek Uzzell
number9 A GOOGLE-search using "ducato sliding door adjustment” as the search-term (omitting the quotation marks) should retrieve a good deal of discussion/advice that may be helpful to you. And what applies to Ducato should also be relevant to a Boxer. For example http://forums.motorhomefacts.com/169-timberland-motorhomes/95196-ducato-side-door-adjustment.html
number9
thanks all. I research this further. I'm taking the van to a trusted mechanic to give it a "once over" and check all hoses, brakes, usual serviceable bits are ok before we hit the road properly. All other functions on the van working well and we can't wait to get going!
