PJay Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 Just renewed my licence ,.Came back within a week, much to my surprise, and had medical form , which had to be checked.!! Caddies104 Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 Hi Rang our Doctors, and they wanted £100, so contacted www.d4drivers.uk>birmingham and the cost is £50, and this is the same Surgery I have been to before when I was working so know it's ok. Have to bring with me :- Photo ID, Urine sample, driving glasses , list of medication,,,,, booked in for this Sunday so hope all goes well.
