Billggski
Careful where you change them. Best rate 1.38, worst 1.24. Look at the small print only big amounts get the best rate. I jumped in May, and it hasn't changed much since then. I use a Halifax Clarity card which always gives the going rate at the time. See Martin's Money Tips. H Well if you want to invest in Euros you don't have to buy cash to put under the mattress. Its never been easier or cheaper for retail investors to hold Euro funds or shares. :-)
flicka
Just be careful with the current Euro's. They may be withdrawn from circulation. This is to enable reissue of new notes printed on Greece-proof paper :-D >:-)
Bojitoes
Ordered £1000 worth of Euros on the net from Tesco. Got 1.41, collecting from store Tuesday or would post to home free of charge. I went round all the local exchanges / on line suppliers and Tesco was best. Bob
