Goldsmitt Air Suspunsion

If they are similar to the Driverite air suspension system, I have found the 15lbs to 20lbs is a good pressure. Another way to check is perhaps to unload the van, and reduce the air pressure to zero, measure the height of the van unloaded. Then load the van up to its touring weight, adjust the suspension height to the "unloaded" height, perhaps add another inch for good measure. The max pressure for Driverite is 100lbs, though I wouldn't like to have mine pumped up that far, I have put in 70lbs just to see what would happen, it raised the rear end up about 5 inches, but the wife couldn't get into the habitation door then!! Hi Mansell, the optimum pressure is entirely dependent on the loading of the 'van. I run my airide at 25-30psi depending on loading but as mine is a highwayman and yours is a hymer this quite possibly is of no use to you. Try inflating to 35psi and see what the ride and handling is like vthen adjust up or down from there till you're happy with it. D.
