Chudders Posted October 14, 2015 Share Posted October 14, 2015 I had a bit of a problem with my Sargent EM50 which is the interface unit between the base vehicle and the habitation electrics Rang Sargent last Friday morning and they arranged collection on same day. It has been repaired for their fixed price repairs service and it was returned to me this morning Wednesday. I don't think you can get much quicker or better service than that so I am happy to sing their praises. Easy to complain about bad service these days which seems common so I thought I would praise a company that has provided a really good service. I did also speak to them a couple of times whilst it was away with what are probably stupid questions but I received all the advice I could wish for..
