Voltages are too low for charger to recognise batteries.

Best option would be to remove and try and bench charge with a conventional charger and if this fails you will have to replace them.

Most Motorhome Chargers are not designed to bring up a battery from flat. If you put that load on most Leisure chargers they will just pop.

They are primarily power supplies that charge batteries. Some will not start up if the voltage is below 10.5 volts, but they are the exception.

Most will try and provide power to the vehicle habitation area even if the battery is not able to. However, the strain is significant, often causing them to fail.

Almost all the charger units we repair are damaged by a poor battery.

I would suggest that if your batteries have been low for a while they will be history?

If they do charge up they are likely to load up the Motorhome 240v charger/alternator to the point that, if they have not already, they will fail.

You are likely to have fewer issues long term if you bin the batteries and fit new ones.
