ReesP
In the past I have used SIM4Travel to send text messages or make phone calls from France to home in the UK. SIM4Travel has been taken over by another service and no longer exists. What other service can I use?
artheytrate
I'm with toggle, 3p per min and no charge if anyone phones you. When you put money on your account toggle give you an extra 10%. eg load £30 they give you £33 .http://www.togglemobile.co.uk/ John.

Barryd999
Also been using Toggle for a while now. Works well. Saved me a fortune. I divert my normal business mobile to the Toggle number so it means if I get a long support call from the UK to my normal known number it gets diverted to the Toggle one. The caller pays the normal rate for calling me and it costs me nothing to receive the call however long it is. Even outside the toggle countries the rates are not too bad. RogerC
Check out Three.....a whole host of countries treated as 'home' meaning calls to the UK and internet use are 'in contract'. However if in, for example, France one does pay for calls/texts etc to French numbers. I am on Three and can vouch for the savings.....saving over £50 on a four week break in Spain recently. This facility is applicable to both contract and PAYG sim deals.
