Abcheetham Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 We have a 2009 Hymer Exsis 522 and an odd fault has appeared! Basically the drivers side front parking light comes on when the interior 12 volt is switched on! Hasn't happened before and I wondered if anyone might know what the problem is? George Collings Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 Can be bad earthing. The current finds an alternative path through a light bulb. Finding the live side with a test lamp at the interior light is easy. If you run a temporary duplicate earth wire from the interior light to a good earth and the external light goes out the problem is half fixed.
