keninpalamos
More than likely if the base vehicles are the same, ie both Fiat or both Mercedes & both 15". I would check the tyre size as well, not just the rim size (15"). Failing that, there are plenty for sale on EBay new and used.

Tracker
If they are both previous models they are probably interchangeable but if the new one is an X250 there might be a difference? I see no reason why there would be a difference but when did a motor maker ever need a reason to change things for no obvious reason so proceed with caution. It is not only where the bolt holes are and the diameter but also the width and the hub offset. The diameter and width may well be stamped on the wheel rim but I doubt the offset will be. It is easy enough to make a template for checking the bolt hole positions and you can check the hub offset but seeeing how far the wheel nut holes are from both the inner and outer rim using a straight edge and a steel rule.
