steve101
I'm in a quandary. I don't really want to drill a big hole in the roof. Any experience good / bad / ugly of these options welcomed.
Charles
Antiference silver sensor. No drilling at all and worked for us for years.
Keithl
None of the above. I use a Status Image 420 mounted on a pole off the bike rack on the rear of the MH. The cable enters through the locker door under the bed with a 'Flat' cable. Link to 420 Link to flat cable Keith.
steve101
I like that flat cable. That's just the job. Cheers Keith.
Robinhood
....I've got one (flat cable) that I used on the locker door on my last 'van for a portable satellite dish. Most useful, but a standard coax will quite happily go through a Ducato PVC door seal as long as you pick your spot (my TV aerial also gets mounted on a pole on the bike rack). Bulletguy
I use one of these http://www.avtex.co.uk/index.php/antenna/sth2000.html which has a sucker for outdoor mounting but i've never had to stick it outside. It picks up loads of channels from inside the van. My tv is a multi-standard Avtex but i expect it would work on any set.
