If your aerial has a built in booster fed from the motorhomes 12 volt make sure the 12 volt supply is turned on and make sure the switch on the booster is turned on! Brock Posted March 25, 2016 Share Posted March 25, 2016 Go on line and get a manual for the aerial from the manufacturer [most makes have them on line] if you haven't got one. Ensure you are following procedures. Go to a place where you are confident there is a reasonable signal. If it still doesn't work, check Troubleshooting in the manual. If no success, come back and post the make of aerial, TV and any additional equipment such as a signal booster. Otherwise it's a mix of guesses or finding the needle in the hay stack. The only way I've been able to resolve my aerial problems is to start at one end and check everything step by step. Is your house shading the aerial? I know if we don't point our aerial away from the house, we don't get a signal. Oh, and don't give up. Somebody will probably know the solution!
