I was under the impression that it was now a legal requirement, perhaps I'm wrong does anyone know what the law is on cats and diesel powered vehicles, should my french Motorhome have one?? cheers Martyn

Clive
You should be happy you haven,t got one. It just demonstrates that the engine is capable of meeting todays tight emission standards without one of those devices that doesn,t like puddles or raw fuel. Our Merc hasn,t got one either. Hooray! [/QUOTE] I am sort of ;-)..... but was just wondering as it is a new van and its imported from France whether or not it should have one fitted. just don't want to get three years down the road and an MOT tester tells me it should of had one fitted :-) Martyn
