harryajh
so, we have an Autotrail Cheyenne 2.8 2001 - the waste drain tap broke and as the hose was leaking anyway, thought I'd replace both. Found the correct hose (Internal Diameter of 23.5mm) but can't for the life of me find a waste drain tap to fit - they all seem to be for 28mm ID Can anybody help? attached a photo the broken tap if that helps at all thanks
747
Have you tried a Plumbers Merchant? They have catalogues full of all kinds of stuff and can order for you. A big one might even have something in stock.
pepe63xnotuse
'Presumably you've tried the likes of CAK tanks? http://www.caktanks.co.uk/ ...or even somewhere that carries pond plumbing/ fittings..? (..I added an inline pond tap to the waste tank on our last van).
witzend
How about 1" tap should push into your hose http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/motorhome-camper-water-tank-fittings-1-waste-fittings-drain-tap-new-/141945482119?hash=item210c9c2b87:g:0UAAAOxy8HlSasXZ I found a good selection of plastic taps and fittings at our local agricultural merchants stocked for milking machines good price to

polo
As above a CAK tap. When the one I had snapped like that I replaced with a std ball valve from my local plumbers merchant. It will screw onto the male thread and work much more smoothly.

There’s a reference to it on Page 22 of this 2009 CAK catalogue http://content.yudu.com/Library/A1ij3w/CAKTanks2009Catalogu/resources/22.htm I think CAK may no longer market this plastic tap (it was stiff to operate and the ‘handle’ used to break) but there is an advert for it here http://leisurelines.net/34--supadrain-tap-34-bsp--b--2391-p.asp I believe CAK now offers a brass ‘lever’ equivalent similar to the type shown in this discussion http://www.autosleeper-ownersforum.com/t1885-cak-tanks-waste-tap
gocro
If you like to shop for real, where you can handle the objects and asses the quality, get to a garden center that flogs stuff for large fish ponds, they sell lots of large diameter hoses and fittings.
