Colin Leake Posted April 22, 2016 Share Posted April 22, 2016 We recently had a problem that the one year old fridge would not work on electric indicating a code E8 problem. As we happened to be staying within a few miles of AutoSleeper we asked them to have a look under warrenty. They could see nothing wrong with the mains supply side so used their influence to get a Thetford engineer call in to look at it the next day. He did this and fitted a new control box and element which fixed the fault. As it happened I was talking to someone on the site with the same Warwich XL as us and it turned out he had the same fault. A phone call saw him lined up to have his fixed as well. All credit to AutoSleeper and Thetford for the speedy and efficient way they dealt with matters but I have to wonder if this fault is as rare as they claim.
