bodach
Some time ago I asked for advice about a strange noise like a front wheel bearing giving up but tests proved this was not the case and my local garage had not found this problem before. Suggestions from forum members said a bearing for the shock absorber a likely cause. It took me a while to get round to it but eventually replaced a shocker and both top and bottom bearings. Noise gone! Thanks to all who took the trouble to give advice. This was on a Ducato 2004 MacLouis with about 65000 miles on the clock.

Tracker
Many thanks for reporting back - so many never bother - it is valued and appreciated as it helps us all to learn a wee bit more. Good luck and happy camping!

Yes good to hear problem solved. i guess the roads in Scotland are not as smooth as some. All the hills and mountains. At that sort of mileage one has to expect some replacements required. We have close on 50, 000 now, but we put Dunlop suspension on our van some years ago, helped with the handling and cornering PJay
