alanedwin Posted June 1, 2016 Share Posted June 1, 2016 I have a dometic Electrolux B1901 Aircon unit in my motorhome. It was working fine but now when I turn it on there is a spark from the area of the board near the large capacitor and it trips the main breaker in the van. I have taken the cover off and checked all the connections I can and cleaned the connectors with an electrical contact cleaner. While the cover was off I turned it on again to narrow down the location of the sparking and subsequently checked all the cables in that area for worn insulation etc but found nothing amiss.
