On our last trip out a few weeks ago we experienced a problem with our Visonplus TV. The unit was supplied new when installed in the Motorhome for the first owner in July 2015. But as I bought the van at only six months old last December I had none of the original purchase receipts for the TV and had not purchased the van from the original supplying dealership.

 

No problem for Visionplus. After I explained the history they arranged collection by courier, repaired the set by installing a new motherboard and then returned it by courier all under the 3 year warranty and within one week.

 

Yes, this is the service we should expect but, sadly, is not that commonplace nowadays so well done Visionplus.
