david lloyd Posted June 5, 2016 Share Posted June 5, 2016 On our last trip out a few weeks ago we experienced a problem with our Visonplus TV. The unit was supplied new when installed in the Motorhome for the first owner in July 2015. But as I bought the van at only six months old last December I had none of the original purchase receipts for the TV and had not purchased the van from the original supplying dealership. No problem for Visionplus. After I explained the history they arranged collection by courier, repaired the set by installing a new motherboard and then returned it by courier all under the 3 year warranty and within one week. Yes, this is the service we should expect but, sadly, is not that commonplace nowadays so well done Visionplus. David Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
