DavidBrown
Hi I was wondering is there such a thing as a awning which will go on to the back of my pvc with the doors open I have seen them for T5s but wondered if they made anything similar for a pvc. Possibly like the ones below but the doors would open sideways not up. https://uk.images.search.yahoo.com/images/view;_ylt=A2KLktkgwnpXvm0AjmPw3olQ;_ylu=X3oDMTIzYmRtcXA3BHNlYwNzcgRzbGsDaW1nBG9pZAM1MjZlZDcxMGUwYjJjMmViOGU5NGEzMzY0NDVlYjJhZgRncG9zAzc4BGl0A2Jpbmc-?.origin=&back=https%3A%2F%2Fuk.images.search.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%2Fimages%3Fp%3DT5%2BCampervan%2BBack%2BAwings%26fr%3Diphone%26nost%3D1%26tab%3Dorganic%26ri%3D78&w=1024&h=768&imgurl=www.frontlinecamper.com.au%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F06%2FCanvas-rear-door-tent-1024x768.jpg&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.frontlinecamper.com.au%2Fcampervans%2Fvw-transporter%2F&size=158.1KB&name=VW+Transporter+%7C+Frontline+%3Cb%3ECamper%3C%2Fb%3E&p=T5+Campervan+Back+Awings&oid=526ed710e0b2c2eb8e94a336445eb2af&fr2=&fr=iphone&tt=VW+Transporter+%7C+Frontline+%3Cb%3ECamper%3C%2Fb%3E&b=61&ni=48&no=78&ts=&tab=organic&sigr=11sc42r4n&sigb=13e49blle&sigi=12om51kjd&sigt=11875bu62&sign=11875bu62&.crumb=G3nIffhg73Q&fr=iphone https://uk.images.search.yahoo.com/images/view;_ylt=A2KLj.v3wXpXV30AqmPw3olQ;_ylu=X3oDMTIzM2p1YjRzBHNlYwNzcgRzbGsDaW1nBG9pZAM3MGZmNzhmZjRmZGE1ZDE1NTQ5YjNkY2Q1ODI3MDBjZQRncG9zAzI2BGl0A2Jpbmc-?.origin=&back=https%3A%2F%2Fuk.images.search.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%2Fimages%3Fp%3DT5%2BCampervan%2BBack%2BAwings%26fr%3Diphone%26tab%3Dorganic%26ri%3D26&w=1000&h=666&imgurl=i.ebayimg.com%2Fimages%2Fi%2F291024828687-0-1%2Fs-l1000.jpg&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Febay.com%2Fitm%2Ffiamma-rear-door-cover-for-vw-t5-campervans-06359-01-awning-%2F291024828687&size=200.5KB&name=Fiamma+Rear+Door+Cover+for+VW+&p=T5+Campervan+Back+Awings&oid=70ff78ff4fda5d15549b3dcd582700ce&fr2=&fr=iphone&tt=Fiamma+Rear+Door+Cover+for+VW+&b=0&ni=54&no=26&ts=&tab=organic&sigr=12trsapu6&sigb=137tekmjo&sigi=11jeqi7gk&sigt=10u6s8upk&sign=10u6s8upk&.crumb=G3nIffhg73Q&fr=iphone
Will86
These people advertise them with pictures www.kiravans.co.uk › Accessories › Kiravans Awnings But it only appears to be a cover across the top of the two rear open doors It seems a bit pointless buying a cover when any material would suffice for shade
pepe63xnotuse
Would "motorhome sized", side-fitting, driveway awnings give enough door clearance? eg (expensive this one but...) http://www.khyam.co.uk/shop/campervan-motorhome-awnings/motordome-excelsior-780/ ..although they may be a bit OTT and would probably make the combined unit w-a-y too long..... :-S (I should've asked what size/model of van it was ?... :$ )
DavidBrown
Hi thanks for the feedback. I have a Rapido v56 6 metres long. I basically want something I can use the outdoor shower with, as you may or may not know the shower in a Rapido v56 is not that big. It's perfectly fine to use but I was just thinking maybe there was something out there to be able to use the outdoor shower in the hot weather and give a bit more space. The outdoor shower attachments are on the back of the van on the bed base ! Cheers
