wild camping

You asked on the wrong forum ...... wildcamping is regarded as being similar to dogging on this forum. :D

There is nothing much now at Fleetwood. A car park that some used now has a height barrier after a visit from a group of Irish Travellers.

As you’ve provided up to date advice on ‘wild camping’ opportunities at Fleetwood, evidently this forum was a suitable one for making this inquiry.

It would probably have been the ‘wrong’ forum to ask about dogging opportunities at Fleetwood (though it’s evident that OA&L forum members have hobbies other than motorcaravasnning). In any case a quick GOOGLE-search would have identified specialised websites catering for people with canine interests.

As I've said before Derek, the wide scope of your personal knowledge and resourcefulness never ceases to amaze me.

I think I know what dogging means (although I can't say I'm sure) and when I was visiting Fleetwood (or rather Knot End) regularly for the Wednesday evening biker's meet there didn't appear to be either wild camping or dogging going on there.  Perhaps it's on a different evening.

From the reports I've heard about the wildcamping website 8-) .........

Bumping into a group of doggers would preferable to a group of wild campers :D .......
