just brought a mohome with a truma bn143 water heater.can anyone enlighten me on its operation and servicing.it has one switch that appears to select 230v or gas and a temp setting control.does it require a12v supply .what is the process for starting the system.many thanks harry

The ‘bn143’ reference relates to a Truma “Ultrastore” water-boiler.

 

You can download Truma’s operating and installation instructions for “Ultrastore” boilers from here

The unit does need a 12V supply and how to operate it is (fairly) clearly covered in Truma’s guidance document.

There’s a awful lot of ‘stuff’ on-line nowadays, so if you are missing things like an owner handbook for your make/model of motorhome or a handbook for the make/model of the vehicle on which it is based, there’s a sporting chance you’ll be able to download it from somewhere.
