Derek Uzzell
Welcome to the Out&AboutLive forums, Harry. The ‘bn143’ reference relates to a Truma “Ultrastore” water-boiler. You can download Truma’s operating and installation instructions for “Ultrastore” boilers from here https://dealernew.truma.com/_anweisungen/Truma_Katalog/2%20gb/boiler_gb/ultrastore_gb.html The unit does need a 12V supply and how to operate it is (fairly) clearly covered in Truma’s guidance document. (If your internet browser is set to block pop-up windows, you’ll need to turn off that preference before attempting to download the Truma instructions. If you don’t, nothing will happen when you try to download the instructions. Once you’ve successfully downloaded the Truma document you can turn the pop-up windows blocker back on.) Derek Uzzell
Excellent. If your motorhome has other Truma equipment that you have no documentation for, you should be able to download installation/operating instructions from the appropriate categories shown here https://dealernew.truma.com/_anweisungen/Truma_Katalog/index_gb.html There’s a awful lot of ‘stuff’ on-line nowadays, so if you are missing things like an owner handbook for your make/model of motorhome or a handbook for the make/model of the vehicle on which it is based, there’s a sporting chance you’ll be able to download it from somewhere.
