StuartO
Presumably there is liquid in the tank and the valve body won't rotate to allow the valve to open. Try squirting some silicone spray around the edges of the rotating part and up the outlet port if it's short and leave it for a few minutes, then try again. lennyhb
Could be chocked up with limescale, if no luck you should be able to get a replacement from CAK Tanks.
Robbo
The outlet from the waste tank could be gummed up with fatty congealed deposits. Try poking a curtain wire up the outlet or back-flushing with a garden hose. If you poke with a curtain wire and find you come up against a solid obstruction - it might mean that the dump valve is in the closed position. It might help if you advised what model MH you have. The base vehicle, like Peugeot, is common to many types of MH converter.
StuartO
If the valve is accessible, pouring a kettle full of boiling water over it to expand the outer shell a bit and maybe also loosen any fatty deposits might work to get it free.
