Accesseries for 05 VW Gatcombe

Hi Guy,s

 

Can anyone point me to where I can find replacement side light lenses for my VW Gatcombe

I have contacted my local VW dealer who tell me they can not get them, Strange.

The lenses in question are the 2 that go above the cab, push on I believe.

Also I am after a replacement rear brake light lense cover , which is in the centre of the van

This has faded due to sunlight.

The front marker lamps were still available from Autosleepers at Willersey last year, give Alan a call there.

 

Otherwise I think this is what you need - - Hella front position lamp / light Code - 066 514

Hi, sounds a bit odd but the big Go Outdoors store in Norwich had the front top lights a little while back, believe about £12 a pair on the camping/caravan section. I saw them after Marquis who sold us our Gatcombe sourced a pair for us.

Auto-Sleepers will have installed the above-cab lights on your Gatcombe when its VW chassis was converted into a motorhome. The make and design of the lights will have been chosen by Auto-Sleepers not VW, so your local VW dealer is unlikely to have knowledge of them.

 

Motorhome converters pick and mix parts, and it’s the norm for items like add-on lights to come from the catalogues of specialist vehicle-light manufacturers like Hella or Jokon.
