muddywellies Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 I wonder if anyone knows where I can get a replacement rear acrylic panel window surround for my 4 year old Elddis Aspire. The last one fell off whilst driving at 55mph on the A1! Brownhills cannot help and suggest contacting Elddis but they don't deal directly with the public. I have also had to remove the panel from the other side as this was working loose. These panels weigh 3.5kg. So a panel flying off at speed is very dangerous and potentially lethal. I have suggested to Elddis they may like to warn other owners but have received as yet no reply. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Aspire is a reasonably recent addition to the Elddis range (I can't remember actual year of introduction) & therefore spares should not create a problem although delivery times may be protracted. Did you purchase from Brownhills ? I don't understand their reluctance to help, being an Elddis agent they would / should be aware of the Elddis policy to supply via their dealerships.
