I still cannot get the system to accept my profile photo.

Anyone have any suggestions

If you tabulate the procedure you are using then perhaps someone may be able to advise you where you are going wrong??

You can find some instructions here.

 

The most common problem is that people are trying to upload images that are too large (in filesize) - remember there's a 100kb limit. If you have access to a piece of software such as Photoshop or Fireworks, the 'Save For Web' feature should provide all the facilities you need.

 

Make sure you resize the image; it'll be displayed at 100 pixels wide, at a resolution of 72 dpi (dots/pixels per inch). If you try and upload a full-sized photograph it'll either be rejected for being too large, or be squashed down too small to see clearly.
